Fermentation with in Fuder (old 1000 liter oak barrel). The wine was bottled under natural cork.

Highly aromatic with scents recalling cantaloupe, stone fruit and mineral
Medium-bodied, complex and refined, with rich flavours of dried fruits like apricot, perfect acidity structure
Outstanding as an aperitif or matches with cheese, foie gras, desserts, enjoy by itself
