Carefully selected fully-ripened grapes were handharvested in October.
A long time of fermentation with natural yeast in Fuder (old 1000 liter oak barrel) and sur-lie aging of the wine. The wine was bottled two years later under natural cork.

Rich, smooth and fullbodied dry Riesling which is perfectly balanced
